 1. Labrador Retriever

  • Temperament: Golden Retrievers are one the friendliest dog breeds. They are loyal and intelligent animals that strive to please their owners. They love to play in water and excel in obedience training. They usually get along well with children, strangers, and other dogs.

  • Maintenance: Golden Retrievers are social dogs that require daily mental and physical stimulation to be happy. Their coat should be brushed weekly to prevent matting.

 4.Beagle

  • Temperament: Beagles make a great pet for a child because they are gentle and tolerant. Because they were bred to hunt in packs, they usually get along well with other dogs. As with most hounds Beagles love to bark and run. A fenced in yard is recommended.

  • Temperament: Bulldogs are loving and playful pets. They are good with children and protective of their family. They love to play but do not need much exercise. Due to their short and wide legs, Bulldogs are unable to swim and should be kept away from water.

  • Maintenance: Bulldogs are high maintenance pets. Regular cleaning of the folds on their face is required to prevent infection. They are also prone to many illnesses and require higher amounts of veterinary care than most breeds. They require little exercise but must be kept cool.

 6.Boxer

  • Temperament: Boxers are great pets for an active family. They love to play all day and then curl up in your lap at night. Boxers become very attached to their owners and can suffer from separation anxiety when left alone. Crate training from a young age is recommended.
